These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services ("Platform"). By accessing or purchasing from us, you ("Customer," "User," "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services.

2. Our Commitment to Quality & Craftsmanship

• All products are imitation jewellery and do not contain real gold, silver, diamonds, or precious gemstones.
• Product images are for representation; slight variations in colour/finish may occur.
• We reserve the right to modify designs without prior notice.

4. How to Register Your Account

5. Product Information & Orders

• Accuracy: We strive to keep descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but minor variations may occur.
• Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Payment Terms

Customers agree to make payments via authorized methods such as debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize us to process payments.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivered Time: Orders are delivered within 7 business days.
• Delivery: We deliver across India via reputed logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
• Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays but will provide reasonable support.

8. Replacement & Refund Policy

Returns or replacements are permitted as per our Return Policy. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or replacements will follow policy guidelines. We accept return upto 7 days. If approved we will credit the amount into the customer bank account within 2 days. If approved we will provide a replacement for the damaged/exchange product within 7 days

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including trademarks, product designs, images, and text, belongs exclusively to RAS Jwells and is protected under Indian Copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may invite legal action.

10. User Conduct

• Do not violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Do not upload abusive, offensive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to hack, introduce malware, or interfere with our Website.
• Do not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities on the Website.

11. Limitation of Liability

RAS Jwells is not liable for incidental, indirect, or punitive damages. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions (materials used: alloy, acrylic, synthetic stones).
• Product misuse or damage after delivery.
• Third-party delivery delays.

12. Disclaimer

All products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or defect-free guarantee. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Ajmer, Rajasthan jurisdiction. We encourage amicable settlement; otherwise, disputes may go to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
